As a senior account manager in the BYU AdLab, I have had the opportunity to work with clients in a variety of spaces. While I can’t name all the specific brands I've worked with, due to NDAs, I can tell you about some things I was able to do: 

 

• Functioned as the main point of contact for clients

• Created brand strategies for new brands by conducting research and deriving insights

• Met with clients to update them on progress and set new goals

• Send out action items to other team members after meetings

• Organized folders and drives for deliverables
